Adaptive re-use of the historical landmark Old Bank Building which was built in 1927 and modernized in 2010. It is a slim Beaux Arts style 13-story tower located at the intersection of 8th and Spring St. in the Historic Core with 40-corner residences containing unobstructed city views.
